“保定友利電氣有限公司”成立于2020年5月，公司園區坐落在交通便利、環境優美的保定國家高新技術產業開發區。由原“保定三伊天星”的銷售、技術、生產、售后人員重新組建而成，產品秉承并提升了原公司設備的生產工藝、對產品生產體系要求更加嚴格，保證設備原材料采購的品牌認證。
公司注重新產品的研發與應用，自公司成立以來，先后與河北農業大學機電院、河北大學電子信息工程學院-胡聰權教授、中科院電工研究所共同技術合作；第一、對原三伊設備進行了工藝和控制升級，增大匹配可調范圍，提高設備頻率，使結構更合理，性能更穩定，效率更高，所有改動都兼容原來的設備；第二、60~300KW的高頻焊管設備，依然保留原“三伊”設備的結構形式，同時，也新研發了一體機，已經在國內外的多個現場運行兩年多，設備便于安裝，生產效率提高；第三、新研發的全數字智能脈沖密度調功固態高頻焊機，已經投放市場使用，運行狀態穩定，生產效率高；第四、第三代半導體材料碳化硅（SIC）MOSFET器件替（SI）MOSFET器件固態高頻設備已測試通過，投放市場正式運行，設備節能率為10%~30%。
自公司成立以來，已經申請了8項“實用新型專利”，通過了五項，其它三項正在申批中；注冊了商標“奮利”；獲得了“河北省科技型中小企業”證書；“國家科技型中小企業”正在申辦中，預計2023年申批通過。
